On the afternoon of May 29^th, Qie Xiushu from atmospheric physics institution of Chinese Academy of Science was invited to give an academic lecture in our university. The topic of her lecture isNew knowledge about thunder and lightning based on the detection technology of high temporal resolution.The lecture was hosted by professor Ma Shangchang from the meteorological observation college. Teachers and postgraduates from meteorological observation college and atmospheric science college attended it.
